The short version
- In Timmly, go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
- Without the app, write to [email protected] from the email you sign in with.
- It deletes your account and everything in it. It doesn’t cancel your subscription.
In the app
In Timmly, go to Settings and tap Delete account, under Account. Tap Delete my account, then confirm it’s you with Google or Apple. Your account and everything in it go at once, on every device, and Timmly signs you out.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in to Timmly with, and ask us to delete your account. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, tell us the address Apple made for Timmly: you’ll find it in your Apple Account’s Sign in with Apple settings. We’ll check the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.
What’s deleted
Your sign-in, your routines and tasks, the days you’ve marked, your settings and your subscription record, from Timmly’s servers and from RevenueCat.
What’s kept
- A note of your account ID for 7 days, so a phone that was offline can’t bring the account back. Then it’s deleted too.
- Crash reports, which aren’t linked to your account, until they’re deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Apple’s and Google’s own records of your purchases, under their privacy policies.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings, so you aren’t charged again.
